So my boyfriend and I are taking a road trip in two weeks.
We live in St. Louis, Missouri and we’d like to stay within a day’s drive of where we live.
Initially, we planned on doing Iowa, South Dakota, Nebraska and Kansas. The weather is supposed to be pretty cold during the night (20-30 degrees) and we plan on camping (rather than staying in a hotel). I figure that if we go ahead with that plan, we’re probably going to freeze our buttocks off. Brrr.
Instead, I’ve come up with a trip to Memphis, Birmingham, Nashville, and Louisville.
Can anyone suggest places to see along the journey?
Restaurants, bars, nightclubs, campgrounds, coffee shops, parks, museums, sightseeing, good photo ops, ect.
