While taking leftover Food Court Chinese and mixing it with a package of ramen noodles and an ungodly amount of crushed red pepper is delicious, it really does a number on your belly at 4:30 in the morning.

Last night I went into the China King on Gravois in South City. Someone I wound up in a thirty minute discussion with, Meng*, a young man from Shanghai on the internatinal differences of mayonnaise. He then gave me a free order of “mayanays chicken”, fried rice and crab rangoons. It was delicious! Who knew Chinese mayo could be so wonderful? The free meal was in exchange for me helping him find employees. You leaned in closely and said, “Hey, you know other people like you? Other of the white people? I need them to work for me. I have a black and a Mexican, but I need more whites. I have too many like me working here.” Oh lordy! Haha.
So, Meng, this post is for you. The China King on Gravois in STL is hiring delivery drivers and cashiers. You will make “a lot of dollar” and you will get free food galore. Blacks, Mexicans and Asians need not apply.
*For the record, I had never seen this man before in my life.
